During the 2015-2016 school year, my class was the lucky recipient of the
DOW Gives Education Grant to implement WE ARE THE MAKER CLUB in my classroom.
This grant allowed for the creation of a Makerspace area in my classroom as well as included a variety of materials and activities related to STEM education.
We had regular Maker Mondays #MakerMonday and also integrated STEM activities throughout the school week.
